About Me
Hi, I'm Jesse, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I work with all types of individuals, couples, and families to address your needs and I do so from the comfort of your home.
With couples, I love hearing origin stories. The moment you looked across the room and said, “This is my person.” I love hearing about the million little things that transformed a stranger into a lover and partner and the reasons you keep choosing each other every day. I am thrilled to be there to help reignite that spark and help you remember why, above every other person, you chose your partner to face the world with.
I have been there myself. I have been married and divorced. I have had relationships that didn’t work out for a variety of reasons. I’ve also found fulfilling love and partnership unlike anything I have had before it. It is the fascination of what brings people together and what causes them to drift apart that helped inspire me to study relationships and courtship. It made me look within and analyze the parts of myself that were helping or hindering me be the best person, friend, and partner I could be.
With individuals, I enjoy working closely with someone to figure out how we can improve their life, reduce their anxiety, and deal with the stresses of daily life. I enjoy taking a deeper look into who they are and how they can be the best version of themselves and improve their relationships in the process.
Through my journey I have had the opportunity to work with couples and individuals in numerous settings. From military families at the VA, to children at a youth center, and individuals and couples in private practice. I have more than 20 years (and counting) of military experience in the U.S. Army as a medic in addition to my education in marriage and family therapy. If you think we would be a good fit, I would love the opportunity to help.
This doesn’t have to be the end this can just be the start of a new chapter.

Teletherapy
Making time in your life for therapy in addition to all your other responsibilities can be hard. Teletherapy offers ease, comfort, and convenience for you to engage in therapy anytime or any place. Whether you are at home on the couch or meeting during your lunch time at work. In addition to the convenience, studies have shown, teletherapy is as effective as in-person therapy.
Teletherapy has become more popular recently. There are some things to consider before you book that first teletherapy appointment. As a therapist who has been doing teletherapy this year I am here to offer you some pros and cons that you might want to consider.
